Human behavior and group dynamics fascinate me. I want to understand what motivates, touches, and drives people. This intriguing interest led me to study Psychology, where I could further deepen my passion for group dynamics. I strongly believe in the power of human connection. Asking questions, exploring, and making connections come naturally to me. With my continuous curiosity, I contribute to promoting positive and meaningful interactions.

On stage

From a young age, I have regularly been on stage. Singing, presenting, and moderating are activities I enjoy and that energize me. In recent years, I have focused on the craft of moderation and successfully and joyfully moderated various events. Topics that often take center stage in these events include innovation, technology, leadership, HR, diversity, and inclusion.

As a moderator, I combine my passion for people with my stage skills. With a creative, open, and enthusiastic approach, I ensure that both personal and business objectives are achieved. I keep a close eye on the audience, ensure that the right questions are asked, and infuse the event with infectious energy.

Who am I

I am a people person who enjoys diving into content. Words that describe me are: professional, connecting, and driven. After completing my master’s degree, I began at IT consultancy Capgemini, where alongside my role as a management consultant, I moderate various events and host podcasts. I find relaxation and inspiration in boxing, reading, and dancing. Additionally, I invest a lot of time and energy in relationships with my loved ones. These connections form the foundation of my life.
